Mr. Maxwell E. Agnew is a lead hydraulic engineer with the Corps of Engineers New Orleans District specializing in coastal and riverine hydrodynamic modeling and design of flood risk reduction structures. Mr. Agnew completed his undergraduate work in civil engineering at University of California at Davis and earned a master's degree through the USACE long term training program from the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Agnew is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Louisiana.
