Jennifer Sheehan

Jennifer is currently the Chief of the Environmental Coordination Division at the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission (AGFC). She received a BA in History and Anthropology from Augusta University and an MS in Environmental Policy and Management from the University of Maryland. She has worked for the University of Georgia's Savannah River Ecology Lab, the USGS-Biological Resources Division in Alaska, the Royal Australian Ornithologist Union in Melbourne, Australia, and the Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission. In her role at AGFC, she ensures that the agency utilizes the Fish & Wildlife Coordination Act and other federal processes to fulfill the responsibilities of Amendment 35 of the Arkansas State Constitution. She also represents AGFC on the Environmental Teams for Congressionally authorized projects as well as other state level policy committees.
