Dale Robertson, PhD

Dale Robertson is a Research Hydrologist with the U.S. Geological Survey, Upper Midwest Water Science Center, in Middleton, WI. He received his M.S. and Ph.D. in Oceanography and Limnology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was a Research Fellow at the University of Western Australia.Since joining the USGS, his work has dealt with estimating nutrient and sediment concentrations and loads in streams and rivers over large geographic areas, such as the Mississippi River and Great Lakes Basins using watershed models, understanding and modeling eutrophication and mixing in lakes, and understanding the effects of climate change on lakes.
